Basic Health Insurance Announcement

 Dear Students,

Please be informed that obtaining the “Basic Health Insurance” (Bimeh-ye Payeh-ye Salamat) is mandatory for utilizing medical services. This insurance is provided to facilitate your medical needs, and there is no additional cost for the students.

•  Important Note: Having a valid residence permit in your passport is mandatory for all procedures.

Steps to follow:

Visit the “Kefalat” Office:

•  There are two Kefalat offices in Arak where you can obtain your “Yekta Code.” You may visit either one:
•  Sardasht, Shahrak-e Nabaei, Karbala Blvd, opposite Shahrak-e Kowsar, next to Takht-e Jamshid Restaurant.
•  Imam Hossein Square, next to Azadegan Park, next to Ayandeh Language Institute.

Visit the University International Affairs Office: Submit your “Yekta Code” to complete your file and receive the referral to the relevant department.

•  Please note that completing all the above steps is mandatory.
•  Important Warning: The deadline to obtain the “Yekta Code” is August 19, 2026. Please be aware that if you fail to obtain the code by this date, the university will not be able to reimburse or cover any medical expenses incurred at healthcare centers. Therefore, please take the necessary steps within the specified timeframe to avoid financial issues.
